All-Round Cable Park Employee (M/F/X)

Permanent Contract – 38 hours/week

YOUR ROLE

You are a true all-rounder who enjoys being involved in all aspects of cable park operations. Some days you're interacting with visitors; other days you're helping behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Take initiative and feel comfortable in different roles

  • Assist with daily operations, planning, and organization
  • Support staff scheduling, answer emails, and think practically
  • Help keep the site clean and organized
  • Actively contribute to the atmosphere, experience, and image of Wake Up Cable
  • Roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Be approachable for visitors and colleagues
  • Help guide and organize summer camps
  • Support staff scheduling, answer emails, and think practically

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Take care of equipment, surroundings, and people

  • Enjoy working in a team and contributing to a positive dynamic

  • Sporty and enjoys active work

  • Quick technical learner and solution-oriented

  • Passionate about watersports or outdoor sports

  • Wakeboarding experience is a plus

  • Enthusiasm is contagious for visitors and the crew alike

  • Communicative, both one-on-one and in groups

  • Flexible and comfortable in a dynamic environment

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    • Friendly guidance of visitors on their first (or next) steps on the cable park or a day of fun at the aquapark

    • Assist with daily operations of Wake Up Cable

    • Help set up and maintain equipment

    • Monitor safety on and around the water

    • Help maintain a clean and organized site

    • Actively contribute to the site's atmosphere and experience

    • Guide summer camps and team-building activities

    WHO ARE YOU?

    • Enthusiastic, social, and communicative

    • Comfortable with individuals and groups

    • Sporty and hands-on

    • Passionate about watersports or outdoor sports

      → Wakeboarding experience is a plus

    • Quick learner and practical

    • Flexible (weekends and evenings)

    • A 9-to-5 job is not for you
